In your post with the photo you said it was 1/2 way back to the property line, now you say its on the line, ???
I think i would still have at lease the boundary line surveyed on which the tree house is on--shouldn't cost to much--i surveyed for 5 years and we did this all the time just to find lot lines--you will find that when people think it is there property they have been know to move the markers---did you find the markers (all of them) should be steel rods or pipes--only way you will know is have a survey done---good luck
What i don't understand if the property was subdivided after foreclosure and the tree house was built before the foreclosure then the tree house should of been put on the survey--if it wasn't put on the survey something is wrong---are you sure you got what you paid for??
