That’s probably true. I can’t think of any movie series that’s been going and going like this since the 1960s. Star Wars might be second place.
I am a Bond enthusiast. I have seen every movie [many times each], have every soundtrack and have every tape/dvd. I even have many of the Ian Fleming books. Everybody has their vices. This is one of mine. Well, Miami Vice with Crockett and Tubbs is another, but that is another post. Thanks.
So, are we happy with the Bond franchise now? I thought we were supposed to be pissed at some tranny Bond or something right now!
Speaking for myself, I was not sure I would like Daniel Craig when he was first announced, being used to tall, dark- haired Brits, but I do like him. Hearing rumors of who/what the next Bond might be is a little disconcerting to me as a purist. Thanks.

Roger Moore was as bad or worse with his personal anti-gun position, but the Bond franchise is much larger than him or Craig or anyone else. Thanks.
