Speaking for myself, I was not sure I would like Daniel Craig when he was first announced, being used to tall, dark- haired Brits, but I do like him. Hearing rumors of who/what the next Bond might be is a little disconcerting to me as a purist. Thanks.

I tend to agree with you. Craig has done alright as Bond and fulfilled the role pretty well, although I do think he doesn't exhibit the same aristocratic class (or panache, or whatever you want to call it) that Sean Connery did.
