It's as easy as listing a Colt Python stainless for $1,100 OBO and claim to have no knowledge of the value. The PMs will roll in, guaranteed. Each PM will have a "bid", guaranteed. Only some members are allowed to run an auction however so if you're being dogged by a mod, forget it.

Saw a great price in an ad, not long after a couple of folks chimed in “ill take it, pm inbound”
Then the seller comes back with “SPM” so a few members come in saying “i want to be 2nd” “3rd” etc.,
Then out of the blue this asshole comes in and says “ill pay $xxx” which was $50 more than the ad price.
Fortunately, several people told him that wasnt how we do this.
