Dang man that sucks, hopefully is a simple fix but I think I would rather have that LSX in there anyway. lol.

I’m glad you posted that pic though, I needed to see how those belts were routed anyway. Two groove water pump pulley and 3 groove crank pulley?

New water pump on today.

On the flip side

Just found out I don’t have the bolts to bolt the alternator, power steering or AC brackets to the block and the new fuel pump has some frame clearance issues.

The transmission crossmember also went in today but doesn’t have anywhere near enough clearance to run exhaust so it will need to come back out and be cut so we can weld in some notches.

I can tell you without a doubt when you narrow the rear 3” and have 9” wheels with a 5” backspace the biggest tire you can possibly run is 11” wide. I have about 1/4” clearance between the tire and the spring.
