New Sickening Details in the 22 month Olds Murder.

Correct...we are all human and make many mistakes. This may or may not have been. We will have to wait and see. That little guy was precious!

The only mistake was this guy ever fathering a child, or even being fathered himself apparently.

It's actually not BS. They had several specials on TV the past few days showing that it's actually common and USUALLY occurs when there's a change in normal routine. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, such devastating loss.

Horse $**t if I've ever heard any. May be common for the entitled-liberal f***s who expect everyone else to pay for them, and have no mind, responsibility, dignity, or concern for a damn thing but themselves! If you forget your child in the car, or anywhere for that matter, you are an absolute POS, period!

I don't care what anyone says. When my son was small enough to be in a car seat my eyes were always drawn to the seat when I was entering and leaving the car whether he was with me or not. It was just a natural parental instinct. He even went into the car at lunch. How do you not see the kid's feet hanging out of the seat or see the outline of his head? He wasn't an infant afterall. **** that guy and what ever his story is. He let his kid die in that car regardless of the circumstances. There is no excuse for that kind of mistake in my book.

Exactly! If you're a father/parent, and are genuine in your love for your child/children, it is NOT possible to NOT think about them, almost constantly. It's nature! Not to mention it wasn't anything out of routine for the guy, he took the kid to the daycare on his work premises plenty of times before this day.

I can't believe people in this country or so lax, 'tolerant', and absolutely ignorant now that they would even consider an act such as this an accident or 'potentially common'.

Sociopathic f*c*tards.

How the f*** do you forget your child in the car? That's BS. Punish him either way!

I tend to agree with you here. Just by looking at the guy's picture I get a bad vibe. I can't say for certain if he's a murderer. None of us can. BUT even if it was accidental he should get the 15 year max for manslaughter AND a very primitive vasectomy.

I wondered why they charged him with
Murder
Every other time this has happened they got charged with a lesser crime and eventually dropped the charges

Haven't heard anything about the wife/mother

I do know that there Is a 2-3 YEAR waiting list to get your child in the home depot onsite daycare

So I would sumrise that he had been taking the baby with him to work there for some time now

People get busy and life gets hectic, I could never see leaving one in the car. I did have my daughter get into some mag polish when I took my eyes off her for 2 minutes. I think if it was an accident then what has happened is something that will ruin their lives forever. If he searched that phrase and did this on purpose then lethal injection is not a fitting punishment.

Like his wife calling in sick that day? I agree. However, this thing is far from over. More evidence will surface, one way or the other.

I'd like to think this guy is just extremely absentminded, but if this was something else... Fry the bastard.

This is what I have been thinking from first reading about this. I'm not seeing any evidence anyways where it was out of normal routine, not that I find that as any sort of excuse.

The only true routine a genuine father has is putting his children before himself in all manners.

On average, 38 children die in hot cars each year from heat-related deaths after being trapped inside motor vehicles. Even the best of parents or caregivers can unknowingly leave a sleeping baby in a car; and the end result can be injury or even death.
