How the hell do you not know your own child is in the car. Parents need to know where their children are at all times and know that they are still breathing.

On average, 38 children die in hot cars each year from heat-related deaths after being trapped inside motor vehicles. Even the best of parents or caregivers can unknowingly leave a sleeping baby in a car; and the end result can be injury or even death.

^^. There's the rub. If it's truly an accident, nothing you can do to the guy is worse than what he is putting himself through. If it was intentional, then nothing you can legally do to him is as bad as he deserves.
It's actually not BS. They had several specials on TV the past few days showing that it's actually common and USUALLY occurs when there's a change in normal routine. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, such devastating loss.
I don't care what anyone says. When my son was small enough to be in a car seat my eyes were always drawn to the seat when I was entering and leaving the car whether he was with me or not. It was just a natural parental instinct. He even went into the car at lunch. How do you not see the kid's feet hanging out of the seat or see the outline of his head? He wasn't an infant afterall. **** that guy and what ever his story is. He let his kid die in that car regardless of the circumstances. There is no excuse for that kind of mistake in my book.
Just damn. What an adorable little guy, I cannot comprehend how anyone can harm a child much less murder one.
Just damn.
