As long as he stays out of the submarine service, he should do well. I wasn't that smart, months underwater at a time is no life for anyone. Glad I did it, wouldn't do it again though. My picture there is me in Iraq, contractor there for 4 years, 14 hour days, 7 days a week, up to 130 degree heat, people trying to blow you up every day. Still better than being on a sub.

Well, my youngest son has signed the papers and has been sworn in as a USN Recruit. The job he qualified for and selected is IT/Cyber security. He reports for Basic mid September...

Gotta say I'm one proud dad...
