Well I ended up selling for a mix between the two. I ordered a KP9 from Kalashnikov USA! I get free 9mm at work and I think a sub gun will be a nice addition to my collection. Plus I’ve always drooled over the Vityaz

If form 4, the ATF has said there is enough info there that you do not need to engrave, unless you sell the item. They already have the mfg and serial number. Easy peezy to match those to your stamp.
