NFA Branch call center and new approval time

Just called to check on a form that I've been waiting to hit pending status since March 13th and to my surprise you can't speak to a examiner/rep anymore unless your form is past the new 6 month expected approval time.

Guess the influx is really taking a toll on them.

I should have sent it as certified mail to speed up the process.

Im waiting on a Form 4 that was "entered in the system" Feb 2nd. Purchased Jan 18th. Not sure what took so long for them to get it.

Compared to several years ago, these are "short" wait times. Glad I don't have anything in the pipeline currently; but I'm thinking about one last one before 41p.
