NFA Trust Question

i'm looking to get a trust with my son and father as trustees and need to know what info the lawyer will need from each of us. Just trying to get my ducks in a row. TIA

Go with headyd trust (same as above link) and you will be good. Should have your trust next day that you can print and use. Just make sure to spell everything EXACTLY as you want it. Also, suggest keeping name short if possible just in case you need something engraved.

Just print it off, have it signed, then notarized and you are good to go once you place it in a "safe" (hopefully a real safe) place. Appendix "A" will have a first line that says Colt xxxxx I think. You just change this info with your first item's data and have it signed. I like to have the place where I got NFA item witness that page and no one has complained yet. You can fill out all the paperwork in advance since you will have make, model, and serial# before you pick it up. If you have any issues, I'm sure that you can get a quick response on what you need to do.

We appreciate your good work and not having to worry about issues using our trust. I think that I read somewhere that your trust is already 41P ready also I think.
