Goodell has said his goal is for the league to make $25 billion in revenue by 2027, which would be a huge jump from the $8.7 billion raked in by the league in 2010. Four of the top five leagues in revenue are in North America. However, 14 of the 20 biggest earners are football leagues that are mostly based in Europe.
