Looking for a clean, locally owned, well maintained, one (non-smoker) owner, all original, bone-stock, full-size, extended cab truck in excellent condition in the $5,000 - $7,500 range.
Must have service records that confirm odometer mileage.
Must have automatic transmission with overdrive and fuel-injected V-8.
No trucks with Ford Triton or Dodge 4.7L engines.
Not interested in a beater work truck with body damage, peeling paint, body rust, missing trim, mix & match tires, etc.
I'm an old ASE certified Ford mechanic and will thoroughly test drive and inspect any potential candidate, and will check KBB and N.A.D.A. used car values to compare asking price.
I would be willing to pay a premium for an exceptionally nice truck.
