Nicest bottle of Whisky or Whiskey

The Macallan Anniversary Malt 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Speyside - Highlands, Scotland. It's unopened and still in the original pine box with handmade leather strap. Thought about cracking the cork until I learned that what was a $395 bottle when I received it as a gift is now worth north of $2k according to the whiskey collector's websites. Who knew?

I've got some wine like that but I don't have the same mentality. The cost/value isn't what drives me but the experience of drinking something of such high quality is tough to beat. Don't miss out on it, buddy. You can make investments in other arenas.

Every time we go to KY to bow hunt we tour the local distilleries..this we did four roses and buffalo trace....again..
these pics are Representatives of the two I bought this year which are in my gun safe now..

Will do. Thanks for the tip. I'm a huge fan of the High West whiskeys too. The double rye has a great old school flavor to it.

I'm with ya there too. I've been nursing a bottle of High West Rendezvous. Top shelf for sure.
