Nickle Boron bolt carrier seller on ebay

I found this on Ebay and am considering giving one of them a try.

The ad says

New Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier (Bolt and Gas key Not Included) .223/5.56. Have cosmetic blemishes due to machining but will not affect function. Manufactured from 8620 steel. Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier, chambered for Remington .223 or 5.56.
DOES NOT INCLUDE GAS KEY.
small (s) may be engraved on top of part near rear (see photos) is a manufacture mark from my shop.
price is per unit and there will be NO discount for multiples"

At $24 I might be willing to be a guinea pig.

Thoughts?

Can't tell from the picture if those have the forward assist cuts on the side... regardless, at $24, it's worth a try.

curious, as rem 700 is bolt action and these don't look like a 700 bolt and appear to be ar 223 semi auto gas operated. would warrant a question to seller.
