Nintendo announces the NES Classic Edition will be back in 2018

I guess they finally figured out that discontinuing it was a huge mistake.

I wonder if they'll actually make enough of them to meet demand this time?

I run emulation on my wii, so I really have no interest in buying an NES Classic Edition, but Nintendo had a damn gold mine on their hands with that thing and really ****ed it up for themselves the first time.

I'm just interested to see what happens this time.

I actually want a snes classic but they sold out before most people even knew they were in and I'm not buying one from a flipper. Hope they made enough this time...but I highly doubt it

Some of the business decisions Nintendo makes don't make any sense. Nes classic, snes classic, switch, and the popular amibos are always in short supply allowing the flippers to be in control of the market. None in stores but plenty on Ebay
