Yes, "constitutional carry" means
this is legal now, Extendo clip sticking out of the back of your Glock Fo-Tae,
saggin' pants, etc.

And even if the person is not actually legal to carry a gun because they are not eligible to get a GWL, nobody would know that, and no cop can stop the person to check their background.

You couldn’t before and never could constitutionally.

I'll keep my state issued permission slip current for travel and purchases as others have stated.

That's just awesome! I think it should be that way Country Wide considering all the crime takes place. During deer season here you see all kinds of people walking around with hog legs strapped to their hip. I'd like to have a cannon under my loose fitting shirt.
