Put some stain on these today. Ash,Maple,Zebra,Walnut. Moving along, the G10 and micarta are still in various degrees of sanding,

Looks like you need to invest in a knife vise. Not hard to fabricate, or can be bought. Take a look at them on Pop's Knife Supply or wait until the GA Guild meeting coming up in a couple of weeks and look at them up close and personal. Make finishing those handles a lot easier.

a coffin style bowie. E Indian rosewood handles that I thought would be darker. Oh well it will be ok.

BIKER13 if you know of anybody down in this neck of the woods heading your way I got some walnut & a table clamp they can bring ya, you can have em. May have a piece of cherry too but I’m not sure. How thick do your handle blanks need to be?
