Guys I have a 300 acre hunting lease in Villanow Ga that we have managed for the last 6 years. Rolling hills with a mixture of open cut over hardwoods and pines. Lots of acorns produced. A creek snakes through the property. Lots of agriculture surrounds the property. A lot of nice deer are taken every year. Very healthy population with most of the avid hunters taking at least 2 - 3 deer a season. Here are some specifics on the lease:

First come First Serve every hunt on all stands.
Peg board with stand locations to hang your name on at the front gate.

We allow family members and friends on certain days a year.

This is a meat hunting club. Only state regs apply.
we have around 2-3 work days a year.
We buy corn in bulk to feed up to 2 weeks before season starts.
Several other potential stand spots still available for your stand.
