Yea, that's the first thing I noticed!
at best case I would say possibly the ammo in the mag lite off for some reason?
the upper portion( slide, barrel, etc) seems to be still all in one piece.
Course you can never tell with these Glock shooters!
First it was the foot, then the leg, now it looks like they have figured out a way to mess up their hands as well!!!

I have seen 2 glock 22's at a lgs in Brandon Florida like that but not as catastrophic. Both were from Winchester white box from walmart. They were gen 2 guns though and it was 9 years ago. The problem seemed to be insufficient case head support at the feed ramp combined with some of the white box ammo being loaded with low powder so a bullet would get stuck in the barrel and the next one would go kaboom. There were quite alot of reports also that were from overloads.
