Not me just the town we live in. They're tearing down old **** to make room for crazy expensive new ****. And that attracts the kinda douchebags that drive EVs and wear Apple Watches. Meanwhile my water bill is at least $150.00 every month and nobody can explain why. They tore down the old New Perry Hotel last year and now it's just a big mud hole on Main St with temporary fence around it. The old Historic Site sign is still there but obviously didn't mean a ****in thing to the real estate flippers or the city council.
**** Perry and **** Houston Co! I can't wait to move back to a poor county.

Yep, history or property rights don't mean **** when town councils see a chance to increase the tax base.
They'll eminent domain your ass and put you on the street holding a check for "fair market value".
