Not sure what caused this but it looked to be over in the beginning when the two guys were pulled off the cop. It was broken up and the fight was over but then the cop comes back at them with the pepper spray.

That's what I saw. He isn't a cop, he is a private guard. It gets murky when he initiates combat like that.

Nope buy the blast comes out in a shotgun pattern, at 90 mph, hit 3-4 per shot, and collateral damage would be minimal compared to hi points being fired sideways,

I think some of you saw it a lot differently; or are a lot more desensitized that I am. I don't know the start, so not sure who's to blame...but when I saw the gray hoodie punch the guard in the head about 10 times and then try and choke him...thats past far enough to deserve some intervention.

I believe my perspective is marred by the fact that I know it happened in the peoples utopia of california. I wouldn't be suprised if they didn't charge the gaurd with some felony just for having the pepper spray. I have no affinity for jail.

Speaking of intervening or not. Its often said to stay out of the middle of domestic violence. This one would be hard to stand idle by. Not to mention, ya may not know whether this is domestic issue or random attack. Either way...sad.
