yeah plate number was right.....cops said they were going to "his" home after cleaning it up....report is done...haven't received it yet. Everything can be replaced and it's all good
Cop stated I took it better than anyone he had seen before....Kinda explained to him that if I looked at it as everything I had purchased new or cool for myself in the past 6 months just got destroyed, I would want to go home and shoot myself in the foot. Can't look back and ask "what if I did this different?" can just look forward and thank God we are OK.

I asked my Uncle who is a detective in FLA, and he said that if you got the tag number (cops said it match the vehicle description I gave and that the witness' gave) that it will show insurance company for that car if any. And if there is a police report that it is "closed" and they will check in when on duty to see if they find the person at home.

I hope they shoot him in the balls when he runs, then you sue his dick off.

yeah can't look at it that way....I just figured We took the hit instead of someone else in a small car that would have been killed....

Yup that was us....The cars pulled over were the witness' behind me...guy kept on going somehow...

Some guy in an F350 Diesel pulled up and asked what happened coming west on 20 and then backed over the median and took off to find the guy...it had been 10 mins already....he came back and did not find them.

Wonder if I can get video of this somehow...?

my older bother is a tort lawyer who deals specifically with these kind of cases alot. a friend of mine was recently run over by a drunk driver (hit and run) and left him with a broken leg by himself at 5 in the morning on the street with no phone. luckily he is ok, but my older brother who is handling the case pointed out some great things

video can be found almost anywhere. im not familiar with the area, but the two most important video resources he mentioned were gas stations and ATM machines. back track the direction he came from and follow where he went, if there is any video to be had it would be from one of those sources more than likely.

Yeah my thoughts exactly....His car was in bad shape, cop said he was doing no more than 60 MPH but def. 54-55 MPH....even the plastic piece of Ford bumper was under my trailer. I even think his car started smoking from radiator leaking or something...His left front tire was "on" but I could see it wobbling when he was trying to drive straight and he was swerving all over the place...I have the same questions. UNBELIEVABLE!

1. How did no one else see anything or call about this car further down the road...let alone HWY 20 heading towards the Mall.
2. How did he get away.
3. The police report states there is an address (I don't know if they found the guy, no one has called me, I found out I do have an investigator now). What are the results?
