Noveske 10.5" Complete Upper !!Loaded!!

Hey guys, I built myself an SBR at the beginning of the year as yet another project. I have recently decided to join the military early 2012. Looking into the paperwork that's involved with moving an SBR state to state, I've decided to sell my upper so I don't have to deal with all the complications moving around with the Army. (you'd think they'd give you some slack right?!) Anyway, I am only selling the upper so it is out of my hands what you put it on. Please read and understand all NFA rules before purchase as I will not be held accountable! You can click away online and have a short upper delivered to your door legally. It is not illegal to own an upper! This is the 3rd AR platform I've built and have had no issues. FTF FTE etc. I have run less than 1k rounds of American Eagle XM193 BRASS through it and ONE 20rd box of wolf to verify that it'll eat anything. The upper will include the following...

As long as you don't have a stripped lower laying around (intent to construct or assemble) you should be fine.

I have a 14.5 with aac to make legal stripped and a hk45 awesome package on OT now, any of those interest you? I am will to throw cash to any of the deals? I am building a pistol Ar and your upper would be great.

Also how much with grip and light? I have hk45 listed with tons of goodies and a nice low round count colt 14.5 stripped upper with aac to make legal and all magpul tan goodies.

you still have to do atf paperwork to move the lower, which is technically the sbr.

are you selling the lower or transferring to someone staying in state?
if you registered it under a trust, it should be easy to add another individual to the trust without involving the atf

actually a stripped virgin lower makes this ok to own.
if you only have rifles in the house and no pistols or virgin receivers, then the intent laws come into play. the lower can be considered a pistol and make the upper ok to have
