NRA prerequisite the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting course must be completed prior to attending the instructor course. If you have already completed the student course all you need to do is produce the completion certificate you recieved by your instructor.

I took this course with CHirt last year and really enjoyed it, and learned a lot from it. Just be aware that the range was a bit of a drive (not bad), but it's fun because it's outside. (I say "was" because the location might have changed since then.)
