Was he able to get an attorney for the court date? Maybe he can at least push it so he can get his affairs in order before he leaves.

He doesn't stand a chance I hell with the public defender. The one assigned to him for next weeks court date has yet to return his calls. I guess the attorney was just what...gonna meet up with him at that time?
