Yeah man that's a long time for a sting to hurt like that, and to chewing tobacco juice works great! However at this stage in the process Benadryl may be your best bet!

50 mg's benedryl minimum, and if it begins to swell use black salve over the sting and ice over the swelling. I got stung last year and my entire arm was swollen up to my shoulder, and was about twice the size of my other arm. With some time, the benedryl, ice, and black salve (aka draw out salve) worked just fine. Allergy medication wouldnt hurt either.

trust me on this one,,,take Benadryl, scrape a credit card or similar over the bite to remove stinger, then put some Absorbine Jr on it
in an hour you wont be able to tell where you were bit nor will you feel any pain whatsoever
