Seriously though, you made good points.

I'd much rather it be attended by folks from this site than a bunch of folks from the general non-ODT public. Even if it meant I have to pay more for a table/booth. If I want to have Saw Quavo wannabes muggin' for Insta photos holding my SP-1, I'll buy a table at RK Shows.

The show definitely had a different feel/vibe than last year did. (I did not attend any other earlier years) There seemed to be more of what I refer to as “professional show sellers” that you can see behind the tables at any show you attend. And, I don’t believe I have ever seen so many knives at a “gun” show, with apologies to Biker 13 not a dig at you sir as you are a regular ODT participant and seller. There was definitely more persons in attendance than last year. Where they came from, I have no theory.

It figures Georgia Gun Owners would be right in the middle of getting the word out to non-ODT crowds. A very self-serving group that is only out for $’s.

A few suggestions if I may for future events (1) At the time we were in the building and walking the floor, roughly 10:30-1:00, it was very warm on the floor. To the point of being uncomfortable. And I was just wearing a t-shirt and jeans. How about getting the air turned on? Also,(2) would it be possible to have some chairs placed along the walls of the floor in case someone needs to take a seat for a short breather or other needs? I, personally, use a cane due to mobility issues and could have used a place to take a short breather to continue browsing. I also saw a young lady sitting on the floor to tend to her small baby because there were no chairs to sit in. And, I know her husband was a buyer because we spoke about what he had already bought and taken to the car besides what he was carrying. (3) How about a water/drink seller that will deal in cash? The two food vendors would only accept payment by credit/debit card.

*** Not criticizing the persons responsible for organizing the show, merely suggesting. I have done a similar type show as the organizer and know quite well how much work and effort go into making the show happen. I do appreciate all the effort in putting on a quality show/gathering.
Right on! Very nice ideas Sir.

I may sale water as well, with Okuma Okuma s blessing… 😂

Sounds like they'll be plenty of water vendors at the next show. My wife also thought a table geared towards women would be a good idea. Those who don't mind paying with a CC should be mailed a wrist band, that way they don't have to wait in line and would get in before those who pay at the door. Personally I prefer to pay with cash whenever possible. I was definitely surprised at how many people were in attendance, good, bad or otherwise. I don't see a downside to legal gun owners being at a gun show fellowshipping. If more members and vendors would wear name tags it would be nice. The only things I didn't care for, supposedly no loaded CC guns, nowhere to sit, the lack of AC and some people's lack of hygiene.
Just some of my thoughts from the outside looking in. Great show and had a good time.

I have to agree on both your points. It was hot and humid for most of the time it was busy. The lack of chairs was an issue too for those of us who had a table. There were no chairs behind the tables for vendors. Wife and I brought only one chair because we thought another one would be provided as promised.
Details like these need to be taken care of. I don't think it was fault of ODT organizers, but the facility personnel.
Okey, my rant is now complete. Thanks.

You could have had my chsir. I used it only 3 minutes the entire day.

I thought the show was well attended. I was able to sell/trade most of my "stuff". I was glad to be able to put a face with a screen name. Including, RallySport RallySport awesome T shirt! The temperature in the building was a little steamy> I ask the the building manger to turn the AC lower she said she would but, apparently she didn't. One food vendor did take cash and the other was CC only. All in all my take was "can't wait until November show".
