your buddy is mixing data from the past 2 years


current wait times (based on recent approvals, not submittals) are around 90 days for an efiled form 1. paper form1 and 4 are 90-120 days.

a year or two ago form 4s were close to a year.

6 months ago e-file form 1's were around 30 days

you currently can not efile a form 4. you could for about 6 months or so, but they pulled it down. they say it will be back...time will tell
