ODT NFA tracker thread

One of the regulars on nfatalk was talking to his dealer yesterday, who reported that he has just received a stack of form 4s that had been submitted on 7/12. Definitely faster than expected, but they're starting to trickle in.

After 30 days you can make a written request to the ATF to mail out a duplicate. No guarantees how long that one will take, but from what I've read on various NFA forums, by the time your duplicate shows up, the original will have come a few days earlier.

I am getting quite impatient myself. My first can was approved April 13th and still no word from the dealer. My second can was submitted to ATF on 7-12-16 and is still pending.

Do I make the request or does the dealer?

I believe it needs to come from the transferring dealer. Never had to do it myself, but you could probably call the ATF number and they'll tell you the details of the transaction.

This is the first time I have ever had an approved stamp not in my hand within the 30 days so this is new territory for me.

Mine was submitted 7/9/16 ....... where the hell is my stamp???

Man, I don't know if anybody has gotten any back lately.

I'm till waiting on my 7/11
