Have you tried filing for a congressional inquiry? My Form4 trust has been stuck in "FBI Background Processing" for quite some time too. The representative that I spoke with at the ATF said there is an extended backlog of applications with the FBI and that over 12 months is normal right now. Being concerned, I recently emailed my local congressman Barry Loudermilk regarding the extended wait-times and how I feel this is a back door infringement on our rights. His office contacted me last week and opened a congressional inquiry into the FBI and ATF on my behalf. I'm not sure if it will actually do anything to help, but it's certainly worth a shot.

It’s ridiculous we have to resort to something like this ! But , we would not have this problem if Clinton had won. We simply would have lost the right to have them
