My eform 1 was submitted and in process on Feb 12. Still nothing back. So I think its hit or miss with the form 1's.

I think the partial govt. shutdown had a little to do with extended times as they catch up. I submitted mine on March 7, and am chomping at the bit to order parts.

I called last week from one pending since May, lady transfered me to Jessica and she informed me she moved it from pending to an examiner. So any day now. Man I shouldve done that earlier.Said they are still working on May forms and wait times are standing around 8 months as of now.
