My wife and I rolled our own prints with some free ATF fingerprint cards and an Amazon ink thing, and took cell phone selfies for digital passport photo. Very easy process, only left my house to mail the lower off for engraving, and to put the prints and CLEO notification in the mailbox.

Within the first 3 Weeks. I only called in once at the 3 week anniversary (it was pending) from when I applied to make sure everything was cool. I was fully expecting a 12 month wait, not 4.5.
