Anyone ever had missing stuff on the PDF submission email? One of mine was missing my county, even though it was listed correctly while filling out the form. Hoping it was just a glitch on ****ty website form generation and visible on their end

Yes, the system is glitchy. You cannot submit with missing required information like that.

Got my form 4 back today. 6/7/22 to 3/13/23. Eform with mailed prints on my Wolverine PBS-1.
