I just got dasapproved on a 3/27. Sucks, would have been 3 month turn around. 300aac is not valid for the caliber field, even though the ONLY reason I didn't just but 30 was the website autofilled it. I guess the lesson here is don't trust eforms, it saves and passes on the mistakes of previous users?

Do they automatically refund rejections or do I need to call?

That sucks.... would they have wanted .30 or .300?

Technically the caliber is .300BLK, not .300AAC.

Always put just numbers. Just .30 will suffice.

These new examiners will nitpick at stuff like this. The new ones always do.

Right but it states the reason for rejection was non numerical characters.

Yep, and I freaking knew that too! I've always heard all you have to put is caliber (bullet diameter) Stupid! I submitted right in the cluster f before they pulled the site, I was frantic and careless.

***Beware*** My dealer never received the notification email from the ATF saying my Form was approved. I called the ATF who confirmed approval then notified my dealer. They printed the Form 4 off of eForms.
