Error Letter received 10/31/14 saying Trust name was incorrect on Form 4. Name was word for word off first page. I don't fault QRF at all. Some are getting kicked back like this. My trust says ""name Trust" Revocable Living Trust" on the first page, and that's what got put on the Form 4. Apparently the ATF wanted "name Trust" on the Form 4 instead. It's the govt. They do what they want for whatever reason. Who knows why?

Received at QRF on 11/17/14 and picked up 11/18/14. There might have been a week delay on it, but maybe not.

My 2 error letters were for the exact same issue.

I have a stamped form 1 with the trust name just as it is on the 2 form 4's that I just got error letters for.

Guess it depends on the examiner?

Mailed 2 Form 4's for Osprey 9 & Sparrow 22 on July 1st. I used the trust that was free off of the ODT sticky, just did very minimal customization for my needs.
Got an email from Classic City Firearms this Monday, November 17th saying both stamps are in. (Pretty quick, only 4 and a half months)

Picking these up on Friday, will be my first two NFA items. Can't wait!!

Cherokee don't play! My stamp was approved NOvember 14th and they got the stamp in the mail TODAY, November 19th! So 3 business days to mail it!

Funny. 4.5 months is how long it took for my stamp to get approved when I e-filed. LOL

I think time will be even shorter once eForm 3/4 is introduced!

Got a reply back from "ask the expert" that my new form woukd go to the back of the line and just start over.
