Have stamped forms with both

im approved. Efile form 1. Submitted 10/28 approved 12/09!!!!!
We just had a ton come back from late july - 8/8. The 8/8 was actually stamped approved on 12/3. Thats borderline eforms speed......

I was really hoping to see the drastic time reductions that we have been seeing, continue. But it looks like it has plateaued at the 4 month mark. Much better than a year+ wait though
That's a new thing for those trusts. I've seen it approved both ways as well. Lately they just want xxx trust, so that's what we've been doing. (Only applies to trusts that say xxx trust revocable living trust)
So when efiling a Form 1 should I do "XXX Revocable Living Trust"? Thats what my trust says.

Yea especially for paper. I always told myself I wanted to file paper just to get an actually stamp, ATF kinda forced my hand.
