Well my 2 SBR's were approved on 6/13/15 but one had "DRAFT" over the official form. I sent an email and got a quick response. They apologized and said they would forward it to the examiner to get it corrected. I was impressed that in 20 minutes I received another "Approval" email but when I opened it the form again was watermarked "DRAFT." I sent them another email but still have not heard anything back but I check and it still has "DRAFT" on the form. For $200 this kind'a sucks.

I had used the ask an expert too because I never got the approved form. He emailed me back and I got the approved form as I was replying. Did you get the form in an email?

Twice... The first time with "Draft" on it, then after submitting the Ask the Expert I received a second approval on the first SBR that still says "Draft." Just check still nothing today!
