I actually am going to take the not-so-tinfoil-hat-wearing position here and say that suppressors are becoming more commonplace. For a while, the government approvers were (and still are) the main bottleneck in the process. With the advent of eforms, that bottleneck was lessened to some degree which increased the demand for registered nfa items. This in turn increased demand on the whole system. Overall, it's a positive - greater ownership equals more voters. But it's still an issue of throughput in the short-term. Just my take...
