You emailed Ted after the decline? Was this an error for serial number?

Yes I emailed him after the decline. Told him I had been declined and that I had resubmitted a corrected form. I did that about 8pm last night. Around 9 this morning I got a notification saying it was approved!

Submitted my eform/trust on 4/13.

That's good news, would be nice if they just gave an option to correct / resubmit without having to pay a second time though. I'm Leary about mine, it's the first eform I've actually done myself. All the rest of my cans and sbr were either paper or filed by dealer.
