You do have to refile and pay the $200 again. Refund will get done automatically due to disapproval.

Email ted.clutter@atf.gov with the disapproved control number and the resubmitted control number. Give it 24-48 hours and he will email you the approved stamp directly.

EDIT: Not sure if you can fix it during the pending phase. Most likely not since it was esigned. Call (304) 616-4500 and ask. That is the NFA branch at ATF.

What he said. Theres no way to fix it once its submitted.

So what happens after the disapproval ? Were you approved pending the fix on the form 1? I hope after the fix there is not another 4 month wait?

I didn't get disapproved but I did get the " you get one chance to make it right" letter for my model error. I think now with all the forms running trough the NFA branch, they have no tolerance nor time for mess ups.

Yeah, they are starting to get extremely picky . I noticed that with my sten. It was approved as sten but wanted it submitted as MK2 . Stupid but it's what had to be done
