When you get your eform approved, does it change on the ATF eform site?

I mean, suppose I miss the email. Is it doing me any good to keep checking the eforms site?

I'm expecting that it'll show approved on the site and that the email may come with a day or so, so I'm hoping to catch it ASAP.

By the NFAtracker site, I'm right on the cusp of approval (or maybe not- who knows.)

I'd say check the eForms site weekly at the 4 month mark if you are concerned about missing the email. It will show APPROVED where is currently shows PROCESSING/PENDING.

Thanks amucho. I had been clicking the "view form" just in case the site didn't indicate a status change. I get too much crap e-mail on the account I used and don't want to rely on seeing the notice there.

I submitted my E-form 1 yesterday. I called today to see if they had gotten to it. I heard the sound of beverage spilling and a lot of choking. The examiner must have a stomach virus. I'll try again Monday.

That's great news, do you have to wait for the tax stamp to be mailed or is it something different for eform? when did yours go pending if you don't mind me asking?

Pretty sure the PDF you can get from the site with the approved stamp is good enough. If Form 4 were eFile, the PDF would suffice as well, but unfortunately they are still snail mail.

On the eform there was no "pending". I paid on 8/6, payment was accepted 8/6 and the status stayed the same for 4 months. I guess technically it went pending on 8/6, but that doesn't mean anything. There was no indication of when they actually reviewed it. I was watching nfatracker and it was trending that reform1s were running right at 4 months so I was expecting early next week.

They sent a pdf in the status update hat I'll print out.

Looking at NFATracker data, there isn't a whole lot of data from people receiving trust Form 4 approvals since mid/late November (12th-20th), and they had their checks cashed in the July 17-27 range. I think you're pretty darn close to "get out of jail" day.
