And watch out for the crazies! On my prior trip to QRF to pick up, I was sitting on Jonesboro Road waiting to get on I-75 and this lady slammed into me from behind. Did $4k+ worth of damage to my backside.

Depending on what you got, make sure it is GTG before you leave the store. If pistol can, make sure to break it down and check out the internals, and any adaptors before you leave. Much easier to get resolved before you do and shoot it and have an issue.

Mine is a SIG 762TIQD what if anything do I need to check and what is GTG, sorry GOOD TO GO!!

I would at least have them show you how the QD attachments work and also heed any advice they give you for mounting them on your weapon. Rockset I think takes 24 hrs to cure if you are using this. You might even want to take your weapon (unloaded of course) and do a "test" fit of everything if possible. Sealed cans normally don't have issues. If you got it at QFR, either Jake or Chris are very good at showing you how to use everything.

Also, what ever sighting system you are using, expect a POI shift using a can due to the extra weight on the barrel end. One last thing, if this is your first can, you won't be able to wipe the silly grin off your face, so don't even try.

Silly grin has been there since I got the call and I don't want it gone so no worries!!!

When I bought my can I took both weapons that will be hosting it and had them mount the QD muzzle devices.

I think I am good to go. I just need to pop a couple caps!!! That will happen this evening.

If using supersonic ammo, try to shoot in an open area. Otherwise, the sonic crack will be impressive reflecting back off trees. Take extra ammo as you will shoot it all...trust me.
