I had a deal go over a year. Buyer was constantly out of town but sent a check. we have done several deals since then, too. integrity and relationships are gold on ODT

I been on both sides. Basically if i tell someone i will take their item, i am ready to walk out the door and meet wherever to get it done right then. Or when they want.
Someone tells me they will take my item but cant get to me until saturday the next week after labor day or something, i tell them to check back with me then to see if its still available and i will be glad to deal with them then.
