Ok silver guys I need some advice. I have a few rolls of eagles that I'm gonna sell. Most are 2003. One 2005 and one 2008.
What are these worth? I've noticed that they ask more for certain years vs 2017's.

Best price I saw online was $520 for the 2003's and 2005's and $500 for the 2008's..
Why the different prices for different years?

I was thinking on asking $460 for 2003's and 2005's...$440 for the 2008's. Sound right?

IMHO they most likely would only be worth that kind of premium to a serious collector. The premium is probably because those years are not readily available from vendors like Provident or JM.

Other than that, they are worth the same as current ASE. You can ask for a premium, but you are not likely to get it. There would be a very small market of folks looking for those specific years that are willing to pay those premiums.

I can buy eagles at 395.00 a roll in Rockmart.Yes older eagles may carry a premium but that will be hard to get in this market.

Found a unopened roll of 1984 Libertads the other day at a LCS.

$400 OTD....not bad. I don't mind paying a little extra for them, I love their design.

Both gold and silver were short term overbought technically on the charts, so due for a pullback.
