Might as well hold off, im certain it will get into the low 15s again just not sure exactly when

When I see $15 or below I need to buy 100 ounces or so.

I don't think we will ever see sub $15 again, $16 seems to be the bottom.
When it dips below $16 it usually bounces.
With Premiums I'm looking to buy now for <$16.50.
