I think a lot of us have the same sentiment about now. However, owning and selling are 2 different things as BigMike and others will tell you. Ain't no one got any money to spend.

My average sale is between $200 and $250. Mostly on Fridays. Spot is the target but it's not brought it in weeks. I've always got some to sell.

It's an interesting dichotomy, the older generation with money is leery of people like me, the younger generation is not but they aren't buying much.
