He's not getting the hint... the does are tired of him, though we haven't figured out who his mother is. We think he's 2 or 3. Maybe 2; he's bulked up like crazy in the last two months. Hormones, clearly.

The bucks are all two streets over... but he's still hanging with 15+ does and fawns. And annoying them all.

This buck is one and half. He showed up with his mother yesterday. He was born in the yard. Doe s dont like him much. They beat on him. Its all about those yellow acorns. Poor guy; he didn't make it. Last time I saw him, on October 12 he looked like this. I don't think that is survivable, but I'd like to be wrong.
