I’m waiting on a nearly $2000 KAC upper - it’s been stuck at the Norcross facility, fifteen minutes from my house, for over two full days now and has missed its delivery date by as much. No pending delivery, no change since then. At least my package is insured but these uppers are damn hard to come by.

I work for a company who has FedEx as our biggest client by far - and yet, I wouldn’t lose a minute of sleep if they went out of business tomorrow.

"At local FedEx facility" means the trailer or air container made it to the destination facility but has not been sorted.

By this time of day it should have updated to "On FedEx Vehicle for Delivery"

Looks like it traveled 3,500 miles in 2 days, but won't make the last few miles on time
