OK, I know better than to do this but? Frozen shoulder?

I had bursitis in my shoulder once, the pain was horrible. Could not sleep or get comfortable. Dr prescribed Aleve and in a day, pain started to go away.
I haven’t stopped, but it’s definitely slowed me down

I have a torn tenden in my rotor cup It hurt like the hell for a while that I could hardly pick up my arm that made my shoulder frozen Doc wanted to do surgery I side the hell with that and just went a physical therapy for 5 visits the girl there yanked a d pulled on my arm like she was trying to tear my arm off well it helped did there therapy after that now just do the exercises at home my arm will never be the same but doesn't hurt as bad just make a lot of popping and cracking that I just live with
Did the kicks to the nutz help? Asking for a family member. Maybe I could help him out?
